Triangle – 17 Office Building Portfolio to Sell for $1.12 Billion

A United Nations report projects that Charlotte will be the #1 fastest-growing, large U.S. city between 2010 and 2030. The U.N. projects that Raleigh will be #2.

The U.N. projection is based on cities with a population over 500,000. Both Charlotte and Raleigh are projected to have population increases of approximately 71% between 2010 and 2030.
