Cary Apartment Sells for $45.6 Million

The Tradition at Stonewater apartment complex in Cary has sold for $45.6 million. The complex contains 351 units, indicating a purchase price of $129,914 per unit.

Morrisville Apartment sells for $53.4 Million

The Bexley at Park West Village (formerly the Bristol) apartment complex containing 260 units sold for $53.4 million, or $205,385 per unit. The project was reportedly 92% leased at the time of sale.

Courtyard by Marriott in Raleigh Sells for $14.5mm

Northstar Realty Finance purchased the Courtyard by Marriott hotel at I-440 and Wake Forest Road in Raleigh for $14.5 million.

Northstar is also looking to acquire 52 hotels in 21 states for $1.1 billion. This sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2014 and will include the following properties in North Carolina:
